You must include in your bid packet a signed and notarized copy of the contractor affidavit located in the right frame of this page. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print all documents.
The Upson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities therein, and/or to award to other than the low bidder.
